Mobile Fix Studio stands behind every repair and product we provide. Our warranty gives you confidence that if something we worked on fails within the covered period, we will put it right — free of charge, no arguments.

All warranty periods run from the date of repair completion, device handover or purchase receipt — whichever is applicable.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not limit or replace them. Keep your receipt or booking confirmation as proof — it is required for all warranty claims.
Repair Warranty — 90 Days
Every repair carried out by our technicians is covered by a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour.
✓ Covered
- The specific fault repaired (e.g. the replaced screen, battery, charging port)
- Parts installed by Mobile Fix Studio during the repair
- Labour costs for re-doing a covered repair at no charge
- Any fault that is a direct consequence of the repair work carried out
- Replacement of a faulty part with an equivalent or better component
✕ Not Covered
- New, unrelated faults that were not present at the time of the original repair
- Physical damage, drops, cracks or impacts occurring after the repair
- Liquid or moisture ingress occurring after the repair
- Damage caused by a third-party repair or modification after our work
- Software faults, viruses or issues unrelated to the hardware repaired
- Pre-existing conditions documented before the repair began
If the same fault recurs within 90 days of our repair, contact us immediately. Do not attempt a self-repair or visit another repair shop first — doing so will void the warranty on that repair.
Refurbished Phone Warranty — 12 Months
All refurbished handsets sold by Mobile Fix Studio are professionally tested, graded and cleaned before sale. Warranty coverage varies by grade:

What the Refurbished Warranty Covers
- Hardware faults that arise within the warranty period and are not caused by customer damage
- Screen, camera, speaker, microphone and connectivity failures not caused by physical damage
- Battery performance falling below 75% of stated capacity within the warranty period
- Free repair of a covered fault, or replacement with a like-for-like device at our discretion
Battery Health Disclosure
Battery health is disclosed at the point of sale. Devices with battery health below 80% are clearly labelled and priced accordingly. The warranty on battery performance applies only where battery health falls materially below the disclosed level within the warranty period.
Tech & Gadgets Warranty — 6 Months
All tech products and gadgets sold by Mobile Fix Studio — including iPads, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, audio equipment and smartwatches — carry a 6-month warranty against hardware defects and failures that arise through normal use.

- Hardware faults that develop within 6 months through normal, everyday use
- Screen, battery, port or connectivity failures not caused by physical damage
- Battery performance falling below 75% of stated capacity within the warranty period
- Free repair or like-for-like replacement at our discretion
- Keyboard, trackpad and hinge faults on laptops (not caused by physical impact)
✕ Not Covered
- Physical damage — cracked screens, dents, bent chassis or broken ports from drops/impacts
- Liquid or moisture damage occurring after purchase
- Damage from using incorrect chargers, adapters or accessories
- Software issues, OS failures, or problems caused by the customer's use
- Battery degradation from excessive charge cycles beyond the warranty period
- Cosmetic wear — scratches, paint fading or scuffs from everyday use
Battery health is disclosed at point of sale for all applicable devices. The warranty on battery performance applies only where health falls materially below the disclosed level within the 6-month period.
What Is Covered — Full Summary
The following faults and scenarios are covered under our warranty, subject to inspection confirming the cause falls within warranty scope:
- Recurring failure of the specific component repaired (e.g. a replaced screen developing a fault within 90 days)
- Defective replacement parts that fail within the warranty period through normal use
- Charging port, battery or speaker faults that arise as a direct result of our repair work
- Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular) that arise immediately or shortly after a relevant repair
- Hardware faults on refurbished handsets that arise through normal use within the warranty period
- Manufacturing defects on accessories that become apparent within 30 days of purchase
Warranty coverage is always assessed on a case-by-case basis following a physical inspection. We operate in good faith and aim to resolve every genuine warranty claim as quickly as possible.
What Is Not Covered — Full Exclusions
The following are explicitly excluded from all Mobile Fix Studio warranties. If you are unsure whether your issue is covered before contacting us, this section will help clarify.
Accidental Damage
Any physical damage that occurs after we complete a repair or after you take possession of a device is excluded, including:
- Cracked, shattered or chipped screens caused by drops, impacts or pressure after repair
- Bent or deformed chassis from impacts or being sat on
- Broken ports, buttons or connectors caused by physical force
- Damage caused by using incorrect or non-recommended accessories (e.g. incompatible chargers)
Water & Liquid Damage
Liquid damage occurring after our repair or after purchase is excluded:
- Any water, liquid or moisture ingress after the repair is completed
- Damage from submersion, rain, spills or humidity that occurs post-repair
- Corrosion that develops after the device leaves our care
- Failure of components due to latent water damage that pre-existed our repair (unless directly related to our work)
Cracked Screen Exclusions
Screen issues are only covered if they arise from a defect in the replacement part or our workmanship — not from external damage:
- Screens cracked, scratched or shattered after handover are not covered
- Dead pixels or discolouration caused by physical pressure or impact are not covered
- Screens damaged by a subsequent drop or impact — even if the break appears minor — are not covered
- Burns or ghost images caused by display-intensive use or software (OLED burn-in) are not covered
Software & Data Issues
- Software faults, crashes or errors not caused by the hardware we repaired
- Data loss, deleted files, missing contacts or corrupted files
- Operating system failures, update errors or incompatibilities
- Malware, viruses or spyware installed after our repair
- App-related issues or third-party software conflicts
- Loss of activation lock (iCloud/Google) access or account credentials
Repair Tampering Exclusions
The warranty is immediately voided if:
- The device has been opened, disassembled or repaired by a third party after our work
- Any component installed by us has been removed, replaced or tampered with
- Security stickers, warranty seals or IMEI labels have been removed or altered
- The device IMEI number has been modified, erased or is otherwise illegible
- The device has been rooted, jailbroken or had its firmware altered after our repair
General Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear — cosmetic scratches, paint fading, button wear from everyday use
- Battery degradation from extended use beyond the warranty period
- Pre-existing faults disclosed and agreed before our repair began
- Consumable items — screen protectors, cases and protective films after fitting
- Consequential losses — lost business, missed communications, cost of a replacement device
- Devices damaged through misuse, abuse, or use outside their intended purpose
If you suspect your issue may be on this exclusions list but you are not certain, contact us before doing anything else. We will always inspect the device and give you an honest assessment — we do not decline legitimate claims.
Accessory Warranty — 30 Days
Accessories purchased from Mobile Fix Studio carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific coverage by product type:
- Charging cables & adaptors — 30-day warranty against defects in materials and construction
- Cases & covers — 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects (not cosmetic wear from use)
- Power banks — 30-day warranty against failure to hold or deliver charge
- Wireless earbuds & headphones — 30-day warranty against hardware defects
- MagSafe & wireless accessories — 30-day warranty against charging or connectivity defects
- Screen protectors — not covered after application; inspect before fitting
- USB hubs, adapters & dongles — 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
Accessory warranty does not cover damage from physical force, incorrect use, liquid exposure or normal wear and tear. Items damaged through misuse will not be replaced under warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Making a warranty claim with Mobile Fix Studio is simple and straightforward. Here is the process from start to finish:
Contact Us Within the Warranty Period
Get in touch via email, WhatsApp or phone before the warranty period expires. Provide your booking reference, receipt number or proof of purchase. Claims submitted after the warranty period cannot be accepted.
Describe the Issue
Explain the fault clearly — what is happening, when it started, and whether there has been any physical damage since your repair or purchase. Photos or a short video of the fault will significantly speed up the assessment process.
Device Assessment
We will arrange a convenient time to inspect the device — either at your location (on-the-go), or you can bring it to us. Assessment is carried out at no charge for potential warranty claims. We will confirm within 48 hours whether the fault falls within warranty scope.
Warranty Decision
If the fault is covered, we will proceed with the repair or replacement at no cost to you. If the fault falls outside the warranty (e.g. new accidental damage), we will provide a quote for the repair and give you the choice to proceed or not.
Repair or Replacement
Covered repairs are completed as quickly as possible — typically at the same appointment for common faults, or within 1–5 working days if specialist parts are required. We will keep you updated throughout.
Follow-Up
After a warranty repair, a new 30-day warranty applies to the specific work carried out — on top of any remaining days from your original warranty period. We will confirm this in writing.
Claim Timescales
- Warranty assessment response: within 48 hours of initial contact
- On-the-go warranty repair (common faults): same or next appointment
- Parts-dependent warranty repair: 1–5 working days from parts availability
- Refurbished phone replacement (if applicable): subject to stock availability

General Warranty Conditions
The following conditions apply to all warranties provided by Mobile Fix Studio:
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the repair or product
- The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion — we reserve the right to choose the appropriate remedy
- Where a replacement device is provided, it will be of equivalent specification and grade — not necessarily the same model
- We may require the device to be left with us for the duration of the warranty repair
- This warranty applies to customers in the United Kingdom only
- Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original repair or purchase price of the product
This warranty is provided voluntarily by Mobile Fix Studio and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected. For questions, contact us at mobilefixstudio@outlook.com.
These Warranty Terms were last reviewed in May 2025. We reserve the right to update them at any time. The version in effect at the time of your repair or purchase is the version that applies to your warranty.
